The Power BI reports on this page in Finnish offer information on skills needed in working life. The information is updated regularly. Skills data are data that have been extracted from big data and processed further with the help of AI. These data are updated once a year in the Skills Needs Compass and are available only on the Finnish version of this page. 

We have used job advertisements, investment data, scientific publications and data from OpenAI's Large Language Model as sources of data. The material used is described in greater detail in connection with the reports.
